Prepare the opening and identify the supplied hardware before following the fitting sequence for your system.
01
Match parts to the window
Check the order label, blind, brackets and supplied fittings before drilling. Identify the front and rear blind and the intended position of each control.
02
Set out the brackets
Use the supplied system instructions to mark a level bracket position. Confirm the mounting surface and use fixings appropriate to it. Recheck handles, roll direction and the route of the fabric.
03
Secure the brackets and fit the blind
Follow the instructions for the supplied bracket and pin system. Support the blind while engaging both ends, then check that each end is seated and retained correctly.
04
Complete controls and safety fittings
Fit all supplied chain safety fittings exactly as instructed. For a motorised system, follow the matching motor guide; hardwired electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician.
05
Test the full travel
Raise and lower the blind slowly. Operate each layer separately and together to check they clear each other. Stop and check the installation if anything catches or slips.
