How the order is packed
Custom parts are packaged to protect their finish during transport. Keep labels intact and match each package to the order before separating the components.
Before opening everything
Check the package count and labels before opening every box. Photograph visible transport damage and keep the packaging until the contents have been checked.
Unpack carefully
Open packaging on a clean, protected surface. Keep blades and tools away from the finished components, and obtain help with large panels rather than dragging them out of the packaging.
Keep parts together
Keep each frame, panel set and hardware pack with its window label. Store them safely and dry until that opening is ready for installation.
