Check your order before manufacture
Review the final width, drop, frame, mount, colour, panels and rail positions against the window. Correct any uncertainty before confirming manufacture because these details define the custom product.
When the delivered product differs
Photograph the item, its label and packaging if you believe it differs from the confirmed order or arrived damaged. Contact the team before fitting or modifying the affected part.
Measure-related protection
SureFit measurement protection is separate from a product-defect warranty. Check the current eligibility, review requirements and conditions for the selected product before relying on that protection.
Do not alter a disputed item
Keep the component and packaging available for assessment. Cutting, drilling or changing the item can make the original issue harder to establish, so obtain advice first.
